To convey the best thanks of the Council to the retiring Mayor, Councillor Mathers, for the manner in which he has discharged his duties and to Mrs M Mathers for her services as Mayoress.

To present to Councillor Mathers and Mrs M Mathers replicas of the medallions attached to their respective chains of office as Mayor and Mayoress for the year 2015/16 in recognition of the Council’s appreciation of the services rendered by them to the Borough during this period.
