Consultation has been undertaken with officers within BMBC Legal and Finance regarding the preparation of the Heads of Terms and Energise Barnsley Governance Statement. Consultation has also been undertaken with Berneslai Homes. Individual consultation will be undertaken with individual residents relating to installations.
