Consultation process

In regards to the Re-modelling of Customer Services, the programme has followed the BMBC Change Management Process, which has included but not limited to colleague, HR and Trade Union engagement.


In regards to the Libraries Review, the programme has most recently completed a public consultation for three months and previously completed two rounds of public engagement.
