Consultation process
The report seeks to highlight and note the effect of the Government’s reforms to apprenticeships and to support their implementation within Barnsley Council and its maintained schools.
The report seeks Cabinet approval to put in place processes and provision to support the apprenticeship reforms including:-
· A procurement process; and
· The establishment of an Apprenticeship Programme Board.
