RESOLVED:-
(i) that approval be given to the lowest tender submitted by the contractors to carry out the 3 year capital works programme;
(ii) that approval be given to the 2019/20 Aldham Farm/Hudson Haven replacement programme; and
(iii) that approval be given in principle, the replacement programmes for Marston Crescent – 2020/21 and Rose Tree Court – 2021/22. Funding for these two schemes to be released annually as part of the agreed budget process.
