The Area Council received the minutes of the previous meeting held on 6^th June 2016.  It was noted that the enforcement income highlighted on page 5 was not included in the financial report.  Tom Smith, the new Link Officer, was welcomed to the meeting as a replacement for Ian Rooth whose time in the role had now expired.

RESOLVEDthat :

(i)            Ian Rooth should be thanked for the work he has done for the North Area Council as Link Officer. 

(ii)          The minutes of the North Area Council meeting held on the 6^th June 2016 be approved as a true and correct record.
