RESOLVED that Cabinet:-

Approves the revised scheme cost increase of
£0.6M. The scheme has previously been approved by Cabinet and
is to be financed from a combination of HRA Reserves, 1-4-1
receipts and Berneslai Homes Surplus; and
2. Approves the sale of 6 housing units originally earmarked for private rent via Berneslai Homes.
