RESOLVED That Cabinet authorises the Legal Service Director & Solicitor to the Council to make an application to the Magistrates Court for an Order pursuant to section116 of the Highways Act 1980 to authorise the stopping up of part of the public highway adjacent to Lundhill Road, Wombwell, Barnsley, which is shown edged in red on the plan attached at Appendix 1
