The Director of Finance, Assets and Information Services submitted a report providing an update on the process for the appointment of auditor beyond 1^st April, 2017.

RESOLVED:

(i)            That the report be noted; and

(ii)          That the intention of the Director of Finance, Assets and Information Services to submit an expression of interest to the Local Government Association to explore the possibility of participating in a sector let procurement exercise for the appointment of its auditor from 1^st April, 2018 be noted.
