The Head of Planning and Building Control submitted a report on Planning Application 2021/0054 - Reserved matters application for the erection of 14 no. dwellings and associated works with layout, scale, design and landscaping under consideration (in connection with outline application 2017/0890) at Land off Cemetery Road, Hemingfield

RESOLVED that the application be approved in accordance with the Officer recommendation and subject to the addition of conditions relating to the pond area with regards to the provision of life preservers/lifebuoys, appropriate safety signage, and management responsibilities
