The Head of Planning and Building Control submitted an update regarding cumulative appeal totals for 2021/22

The report indicated that 10 appeals were received in October and November 2021.

It was reported that no appeals were withdrawn and 5 appeals were decided in October and November 2021.  22 appeals have been decided since 1^st April 2021, 19 of which (86%) of which have been dismissed and 3 of which (14%) have been allowed.

RESOLVED that the update be noted.
