The Head of Planning and Building Control submitted an update regarding cumulative appeal totals for 2021/22.

The report indicated that no appeals were received in September 2021.

It was reported that 17 appeals have been decided since 01 April 2021, 14

of which (82%) have been dismissed and 3 of which (18%) have been allowed.

RESOLVED that the update report be noted.
