Councillor J Higginbottom declared a non-pecuniary interest in Minute 49 ‘Minutes of the Sheffield City Region Mayoral Combined Autiority Board (Draft) of the 22nd March, 2021’ in view of his employment for Mr D Jarvis MP who was also the Sheffield City Region Mayor.
