RESOLVED that the Audit Committee be constituted as
follows for the ensuing Municipal Year:- Councillors Barnard, Hunt,
Lofts and Richardson, together with Mrs K Armitage and Messrs S
Gill, P Johnson and Mr M Marks (plus one vacancy).
