To receive a report of the Executive Director Core Services providing an update on the South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee.

The report of the Executive Director Core Services providing an update on the South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee was:

Moved by Councillor Howard – Seconded by Councillor Cherryholme; and

RESOLVED:

(i)            That the update be noted and that approval be given for the Chair of the Council’s Overview and Scrutiny Committee to continue being involved in the South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee; and

(ii)          That the Council continue to delegate the relevant functions to be exercised by the South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee as set out in Appendix 1 of the report now submitted.
