The Head of Planning and Building Control submitted an update regarding cumulative appeal totals for 2020/21.

The report indicated that one appeal was received in July 2020. 

No appeals were withdrawn in July 2020 and 3 appeals were decided in July 2020.  It was reported that 9 appeals have been decided since 1^st April 2020 , 9 of which (100%) have been dismissed and none of which have been allowed.

RESOLVED that the report be noted.
