RECOMMENDED TO CABINET ON 18^TH MARCH, 2020 that the report be RECOMMENDED TO FULL COUNCIL ON 2^ND APRIL, 2020 for approval to implement the 2020/21 Pay Policy Statement, contained within Appendix 1 of the report now submitted, with effect from 1^st April, 2020.
