Agenda item

RECOMMENDED TO CABINET ON 18^TH MARCH, 2020:-

(i)        that the findings of the Council’s Gender Pay Gap report as of 31^st March, 2019 as detailed in the report now submitted, be noted; and

(ii)       that the long-term commitment to reducing the Council’s Gender Pay Gap be endorsed and the Action Plan at Appendix 2 of the report be noted.
