The meeting received the minutes from the previous meetings of Dearne Area Council held on 29^th July and 6^th August 2019. 

It was highlighted that there had been little improvement with regard to the amount of litter and weeds in the area, despite the best efforts of Twiggs Ground Maintenance.  Members recommended that the Twiggs service should be more visible in order to try and recruit additional volunteers and that information could be added to the noticeboard outside the library.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the Dearne Area Council meeting held on 29^th July and 6^th August 2019 be approved as a true and correct record.
