The Head of Planning and Building Control submitted a report on Planning Application 2018/0960 (Erection of combined indoor equestrian arena and agricultural storage barn at Broadstone Farm, Browns Edge Road, Whitley Common, Barnsley S36 7GR)

RESOLVED that the application be granted in accordance with the Officer recommendation subject to referral to the Secretary of State to determine whether or not they would wish to call it in for his determination; and the addition of an informative requiring the applicant to contact the LPA for advice prior to hosting any events.
