RESOLVED that the report notifying receipt of the following electronic petition be noted and the recommended actions for response be endorsed:-

(a)       Containing the electronic signatures of 2,643 signatories, in respect of an objection to the proposal for the new gyratory system at Dodworth Road/Pogmoor Road, affecting Penny Pie Park.

The petition relates to planning application 2018/0965 but was received too late for consideration under the consultation process.  However, the receipt of the petition was referred to when Planning Regulatory Board considered the application on 18^th December, 2018.  It should be noted that the issues raised in the petition were largely covered in the representations section of the report considered by the Board.
