The Head of Planning and Building Control submitted a report on Planning Application 2018/0727 (Car Park at St John the Baptist Church of England Primary School, High Street, Penistone)

RESOLVED that the application be granted in accordance with the officer recommendation subject to the completion of a Section 106 Agreement to secure the compensation for the loss of green space (£18,000) and a change to the wording specifying where the commuted sum can be spent from within 1km of the site to the whole of the Penistone West Ward.
