Agenda item

(a)  To confirm the dates of the ordinary meetings of the Council for the Municipal Year 2018/19, all commencing at 10.30 am;

(b)  To agree that the next Annual Meeting of the Council will be held on Friday 17^th May, 2019; and

(c)  To confirm the dates for the remaining meetings shown in the Council Calendar for 2018/19.

Moved by Councillor Sir Steve Houghton CBE – Seconded by Councillor Andrews BEM; and

RESOLVED:

(i)           that ordinary meetings of the Council for the Municipal Year 2018/19 b held on the following Thursdays commencing at 10.30 am:-

Thursday 24^th May, 2018

Thursday 26^th July, 2018 (including accounts)

Thursday 27^th September, 2018

Thursday 29^th November, 2018

Thursday 7^th February, 2019 (including HRA)

Thursday 28^th February, 2019 (Budget meeting)

Thursday 7^th March, 2019 (provisional Budget meeting to be cancelled

if budget approved on the 28^th February, 2019)

Thursday 4^th April, 2018

(ii)          that the next Annual Meeting be held on Friday 17^th May, 2019 at 6.00 pm; and

(iii)         that the report of the Executive Director Core Services seeking to confirm the dates for the remaining meetings shown in the Council Calendar for 2018/19, now submitted, be adopted.
