To receive a report of the Executive Director Core Services on the allocation of seats on the Overview and Scrutiny Committee and Regulatory Boards.

Moved by Councillor Howard – Seconded by Councillor Daniel Griffin; and

RESOLVED the allocation of seats on the Overview and Scrutiny Coommittee and Regulatory Boards, having been reviewed in accordance with Section 15 of the Local Governments and Housing Act 1989, be allocated to the Political Groups on the basis as set out in Section 6 of the report now submitted.
