To convey the best thanks of the Council to the retiring Mayor, Councillor Ennis, for the manner in which he has discharged his duties.

RESOVED that the best thanks of the Council be given to Councillor J Ennis for the manner in which he has discharged his duties appertaining to the Office of Mayor and also to Mrs M Ennis for her services as Mayoress.
