Minutes:
RESOLVED:-
(i) that the preferred option for proceeding with the future of Wentworth Castle Gardens and Stainborough Park, as outlined in the report now submitted, be agreed; and
(ii) that the Executive Director Place in conjunction with the Executive Director Core Services and Cabinet Spokesperson for Place be delegated to agree Heads of Terms for the necessary Leases and Partnership Agreements and to authorise completion subject to complying with the financial criteria outlined at paragraph 7.10 of the report.
