The meeting considered the minutes of the previous meeting held on 3^rd April, 2018.  Arising from Minute 58, the meeting noted SSDG consideration of topics for discussion at the proposed development session on 7^th August, 2018 and that any contributions from Board members as to matters to be considered at that session would be welcomed.

RESOLVED that the minutes be approved as a true and correct record.
