To accept as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on the 1^st July, 2015.

The minutes of the meeting held on the 1^st July, 2015 were taken as read and signed by the Chair as a correct record.

Arising out of the discussion of the minutes reference was made to the following:

(a)  Training – a training session for all Members of the Board had been arranged for Wednesday 14^th October, 2015.  Further details would be sent out in due course but Members were asked to make a note of the date in their diary

(b)  Facebook Taxi Operation – interviews had been held with three individuals and appropriate prosecution files were being prepared by both the Police and by Licensing Enforcement Officers.
