The meeting received the notes from the Darton East Ward Alliance held on 11^th April, 9^th May and 13^th June 2017; Darton West Ward Alliance held on 3^rd April, 8^th May and 12^th June 2017; Old Town Ward Alliance held on 3^rd May and 7^th June 2017; and St Helen's Ward Alliance held on 11^th May and 22^nd June 2017.
