The item was introduced by the Area Council Manager, who provided Members with an update on the development of the North Area Council Community Magazine by the Editorial Group.  All ward content and pictures must be submitted to the Area Team by 9^th June and a proof will be available to view from 4^th July.  An editorial meeting has been planned for 10^th July to request any alterations to the draft.  The magazine will be distributed during the week commencing 24^th July 2017.  In terms of distribution, the Procurement Team has been very helpful in identifying a best value option for the North area.  There may be some overlap/duplication with other areas.
