To approve the Terms of Reference of the Full Council, Regulatory Boards and Committees and Functions Delegated to Officers.  (Note: This includes changes recommended to Annual Council by the Audit Committee at its meeting held on the 19^th April, 2017 – a copy of this report is available for download from the Council’s website)

Moved by Councillor Sir Steve Houghton CBE – Seconded by Councillor Gardiner; and

RESOLVED that the Terms of Reference of the Full Council, Regulatory Boards and Committees and Functions Delegated to Officers as outlined in the document now submitted be approved.
