Members heard how, at the time of the report being published, £4,449.06 remained from an opening budget of £51,000. 

However, this had subsequently been fully allocated by the end of the financial year.  Therefore, there would be no carry forward to 2017/18.

Members discussed the scenario where appellants may have spent over their original allocation.  It was suggestd that if this occurred the appellant would be required to report back to the Ward Alliance for them to consideration whether additional finance could be provided.

RESOLVED that the report be noted.
