1. Councillor Bowser
In 2025, Worsbrough Mill will celebrate its 400th anniversary.?As part of this the Worsbrough annual two-day history event, which celebrates the area’s rich industrial and social heritage, will be held on the site. Will the Council commit to support, raise awareness and promote this event, and what else is planned to recognise this significant milestone in the area’s history?
2. Councillor Bullcock
We all acknowledge the good work undertaken by group and solo litter picking volunteers.
Apart from supplying empty purple litter / waste bags. What other support / safety training / guidance or equipment do the Council provide to these invaluable members of our communities who are helping to keep our streets clean?
3. Councillor Bullcock
I am aware that Section 46 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 is being piloted in parts of the borough. Do we have any feedback yet to share from the pilot ?
4. Councillor Hunt
The Section 106 agreement accompanying the granting of outline planning permission for the former North Gawber Colliery site in Mapplewell required the developer to pay a Highways Infrastructure Contribution towards improvement works associated with the nearby Swallow Hill Road. I understand that, despite the receipt of the monies, the Council are no longer progressing with the highways scheme on Swallow Hill Road. Could the cabinet member please explain the reason for this?

Can the cabinet member outline the Council’s rights and responsibilities when dealing with vehicles being sold from public land?

How is the Council supporting people without access to off-street parking to charge an electric vehicle at home?

Can the cabinet member update the Council on its adoption of World Health Organisation air quality standards?

Following the horrific fires on Woodland Drive the Council and Berneslai homes committed to an investigation into the materials and methods used for constructing those types of properties. Can the cabinet member confirm if this report has been completed and if not, then when do they expect it to be completed by?
