Authorise the Head of Highways and Engineering to arrange for the amended proposals to be published and any objections or representations received which cannot be resolved be reported back to Cabinet for consideration; and 3. In the event no objections are received, authorise the Head of Highways and Engineering and the Head of Legal to make and implement a Traffic Regulation Order to bring the restrictions into effect.
