The homes will be Council owned Housing Revenue Account (HRA) properties, managed by Berneslai Homes and let to applicants from the Council’s Housing Register; 2. Approves the scheme costs. The scheme has previously been approved in principle and will be financed from the Council’s approved Housing Investment Programme; and 3.
