RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL:
1.
that the progress made in the development of the
Royston Masterplan Framework (MU5) be noted; and
2.
that the measures proposed relating to energy,
sustainability and health and wellbeing be supported; and
3. the final version of the Masterplan Framework be adopted.

Decision:
RECOMMENDED TO FULL COUNCIL ON 29 JULY 2021:-

that the progress made in the development of the
Royston Masterplan Framework (MU5) be noted;

that the measures proposed relating to energy,
sustainability and health and wellbeing be supported; and
3. the final version of the Masterplan Framework be presented to full Council for adoption on 29 July 2021.
