To instruct Capacity Grid to undertake the review from April 2021.
In 2018 and 2019 the Council contracted with Capacity Grid to undertake a review of it’s empty properties on the Council Tax database in order to ensure the maximum level of New Homes Binus was claimed when the CTB1 was submitted. Capacity Grid deliver an end to end service and the results derived from the previous reviews were very positive
Due to Covid-19, the review will need to be undertaken externally due to the already heavy demand on resource within the Service from the increased workloads
