Commission Energise Barnsley to produce Preliminary Feasibility Study/Full Business Case Document as per the agreed scope of works at a cost of £10,000 plus VAT.
The Preliminary Feasibility Study/Full Business Case Document will examine the potential for a solar ground mount in Goldthorpe. It will specifically focus on the Economic, Financial and Commercial cases which BMBC recognise as having insufficient skills in-house to be able to complete the Business Case for Project J of the Goldthorpe Towns Fund Project.
In accordance with BMBC Standing Orders, as the fees are below £10,000 , a single quotation is acceptable on the grounds of cost effectiveness and expedience.
