To seek three quotes and procure via YorTender.

 

Reasons for the decision:

Due to the recent restructure within Customer, Information & Digital Services, certain qualifications were required to be held by applicants in line with their job profiles. Should the successful candidate had not currently held the required qualification, they would be given the opportunity to complete the necessary training or courses to achieve these qualifications.

There is a requirement for the following training courses, with exams and certification for staff within Customer, Information & Digital Services here at Barnsley Council Metropolitan Borough Council.

The courses required are as follows:

x6 - ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management

x2 - TOGAF® 9 Foundation and Certified

x3 - PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner Certificate in Agile Project Management

x1 - ITIL® Lifecycle Certificate in Service Operations

 

We require Virtual based learning (or classroom).

We require the exam and certification to be included within the training course whether via an Exam within the course or via the provision of an Exam voucher.

Alternative options considered:

In house training – Official qualifications required so unable to meet requirements in house.
