noted the final financial position on the 2020/21
Capital Programme;
2.
approved scheme slippage totalling £23.9M and
scheme re-phasing totalling £3.9M (paragraphs 3.5, 3.6 and
Appendix B refer);
3.
noted the total net increase in scheme costs in
2020/21 of £0.3M (paragraph 3.7 and Appendix B refer);
and
4. receive an updated 2021/22 indicative Capital Programme position (as part of the Quarter 1 monitoring report).
