Purpose:
This report will alert Cabinet to the outcomes of the latest annual review of the Strategy as part assuring the needs of children requiring care continue to be met in accordance with our ‘Pledge’ whilst ensuring value for money and the effective use of available resources within a critical area of Council expenditure.
Decisions:
RESOLVED approval be given for adoption the refreshed Placement and Sufficiency Strategy for children in care and care leavers, as detailed within Appendix 1 of this report.
