(i)        that the outcome of the review into the Council’s Section 75 Partnership Agreement with the South and West Yorkshire NHS Partnership Foundation Trust (SWYPFT), as detailed in the report now submitted, be noted;

 

(ii)       that the termination of the Partnership Agreement with SWYPFT be agreed; and

 

(iii)      that the Council resumes direct management of the functions concerning mental health provision.
