Retendering of the Property Repairs and Improvement Strategy from 2020 – Stage One Report.
The PRIP Board was established in July 2017 to oversee the scoping stage of the Procurement Strategy. The Board structure was approved at Cabinet to include all key stakeholders from BMBC, Berneslai Homes and Tenant representation who have collectively developed the recommendations in the report.
