(i)  that the procurement strategy to secure a development partner for the Courthouse scheme be approved and commence; and

 

(ii)  that the outcome of the procurement exercise will be subject to further reports seeking authority on the selection of any developer, the design and delivery of the preferred scheme and any further Council investment required to deliver the scheme.
