The Head of Planning and Building Control submitted a report to seek approval for a minor modification to the site layout, and an additional S106 contribution, in connection with Planning Application 2015/1134 – application for approval of reserved matters of outline planning permission 2012/0537 – proposed development of 97 dwellings with associated access, parking and landscaping at Wilowgarth High School, Brierley Road, Grimethorpe.

RESOLVED that approval is granted for the minor modification and additional S106 contribution in accordance with the Officer recommendation.
