RESOLVED that approval be given to the award of a contract to Lifeline Projects Ltd for the provision of a Young People’s Substance Misuse Service, in Barnsley for a period of up to 3 years, commencing on 1^st October, 2016, at a value of £1,020,000, as detailed in the report now submitted.
