In Moving the minutes of the North East Area Council held on the 30^th November, 2017, Councillor Hayward paid tribute to Mr Paul Jolley (Community Development Officer in the North East Area Team) who had passed away on the 20^th January, 2018 aged 45.  Mr Jolley was remembered for his hard work and dedication to the Council over a number of years and would be sadly missed by Councillors, colleagues and friends.  Condolences were expressed to his wife and family.  These comments were echoed by several other Councillors and by the Mayor

The minutes were then Seconded by Councillor C Wraith MBE; and

RESOLVED that the minutes as printed and now submitted of the proceedings of the North East Area Council held on the 30^th November, 2107 be received.
