Minutes:
Councillor Sir Steve Houghton CBE, Leader of the Council, informed Members of the Council that this would be the last meeting attended by Mr M Farran (Executive Director Communities) prior to his leaving the Council to take up a position with York City Council.
The Cabinet Spokesperson for Communities, the Leaders of all political groups and several other members asked to be associated with these remarks and gave their own personal testament and thanks to him for the work he had done whilst being employed by the Council.
